Trade in your sandals for sneakers on August 13th to support the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Proceeds from the run benefit research, education and support programs for patients and families coping with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, which are chronic digestive disorders of the small and large intestines collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Currently, Crohn’s and colitis affect an estimated 1.4 million Americans.

    Aw, this was a really great post. In theory I’d like to write like this also – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
